Refunds (if applicable)
We provide refund under certain circumstances. However, approval of the refund is under our sole discretion.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, firstly you must drop us a mail at email@example.com stating the reason you need refund for with your complete order details. We will review the same and will notify you within maximum of 72 hours that whether your refund request has been either accepted or denied with a reason for denial. Kindly note that the 10 day cap doesn’t include this 72 hours. Which mean you can request for refund till the last minute of 10th day from the purchase date and time.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
